Cuisinart Food Processors

Cuisinart currently manufactures close to 20 food processors. Each Cuisinart food processor is of highest quality and contains parts that are exclusive to the manufacturer. Each Cuisinart food processor comes with a guarantee of customer satisfaction. Each is used to chop, dice, and cut and otherwise process food via a blade. Each Cuisinart food processor has the SealTight™ Advantage System. This helps deliver the maximum capacity for the bowl as well as clean pouring and processing. All but the mini-food processors come with both a small and a large chopping blade, both of which are removable. The mini-food processors by Cuisinart have one fixed blade for all purposes.

Cuisinart food processors are known as the best food processors money can buy.

Cuisinart Food Processors Review

The Cuisinart Elite Collection 14-Cup Food Processor has both 11” and 4-1/2” nesting work bowls that nest inside the large 14-cup bowl. It features a 6-position  disc for slicing and a reversible metal shredding disc.  This food processor is like having many food processors in one unit.

Cuisinart FP-14DC Food Processor, Elite Die-Cast 14 Cup model food processor, like all Cuisinart food processors, comes with removable parts that are dishwasher safe.  This one also comes with several bowls that have pour spouts.  The blades include those for mixing as well as for dough making.  It comes with an adjustable slicing disc as well as a reversible shredding disc.  An advantage of this model is that it comes with a retractable cord and an underneath storage case that can be locked. This one not only comes with the instruction manual, it also comes with a how-to DVD and even more recipes than before.

The more modest Cuisinart CH-4DC Chopper & Grinder, Elite Die-Cast 4 Cup food processor is less expensive, and therefore, does not come with all the bells and whistles of the previously mentioned models.  However, it does come with some impressive features and is powerful and reliable.  It operates on a simple touch pad format that controls whether the machine is to chop or grind.  Like the others, the removable parts on  Cuisinart food processors are also dishwasher safe.  This unit includes a spatula and the instruction book with recipes.

The fourth model under review here is the Cuisinart DFP-14BCHN Food Processor.  This machine has a 14-Cup capacity and comes in either  Custom Black or Chrome.  This unit is in the mid price range between the Cuisinart Elite collection machines and the FP-14 DC series.  This model is noted for the ease with which it can be operated and the larger feeder tube and extra large tub.  This Cuisinart food processor is powerful and quiet.  It slices right through both vegetables as well as meats.

Finally, the 12 Cup, Cuisinart FP-12DC Food Processor is one step down from the FP-14DC model, but still holds its own. This is another of the electronic touchpad controlled models.  However, this one has an off/on/pulse feature with blue LED lit control panel.

This has been a small sample of the many Cuisinart food processors, all noted for their rugged durability and reliability.
